Hello beautiful! My name is Kristin Chanel owner and hairstylist at SKC. I’ve been apart of the beauty industry for 16 years now. I have a passion hair and I want to provide you with an intimate haircare experience. If you are a new client feel free to book a consultation with me, I’d love to meet you and discuss your hair goals and questions. Otherwise my preferred method of contact is via TEXT @ 9165125950 to prevent interrupting clients during their service. •Please note my schedule will only allow you to book up to 31 days in advance •I service girls middle school and up •My grace period is 15 mins max anytime after will affect my ability to run on time with my schedule. Your appointment will potentially be cancelled or services will be adjusted with the time left. Please let me know if it will be longer than 15 mins to avoid making a wasted trip. ***Forms of payments I accept are cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash app & Apple-pay, cards. I do not accept Amex. •All appointments will require a min of 48 hour notice so that I may have the opportunity to fill that space. You may cancel your appointment from your confirmation text/email or texting me. •Can’t find the appointment you are looking for?? Let me know by adding yourself to the waitlist I’d love to help you. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I ask for at least 48 hours notification if you need to cancel or reschedule. For late cancellations there is a $30 cancellation fee. NO CALL NO SHOWS NO FUTURE APPOINTMENT. Same day cancellation will result in full charge of your appointment before you are able to make any more appointments. NEW CLIENTS MUST PAY A $30 DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH 6 HOURS OF BOOKING. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. If you arrive with any present cold or flu like symptoms you will be asked to reschedule.
